What you buy

A license to run RollFerry on one Mac at a time, and every 1.x update. You may move the license between your own Macs — deactivate one, then activate the other. You may not resell or share the key.

The trial

Scanning and browsing are free and unlimited. Crossing needs a license. The trial is there so you can find out whether RollFerry reads your phone before you pay.

Refunds

14 days, no questions. Email hello@rollferry.com with your order number.

What RollFerry does not promise

RollFerry copies files and verifies them, and it will not delete anything from a phone that it has not verified on your Mac. It cannot promise that a phone, a cable, a drive or macOS itself will behave. Keep a second copy of anything you cannot lose — that is true of every piece of software, this one included. The app is provided as is, without warranty, and liability is limited to what you paid for it.

Payment

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record. Your payment and billing details are handled by them under their terms; RollFerry sees your email address and your receipt.

Changes

If these terms change, the date below changes with them, and anything you have already bought keeps the terms you bought it under.
